Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Can I sign up for recurring services?
Yes, just give us a call and we’ll schedule service for you weekly, bi-weekly-monthly.
Does Rent Maids have insurance?
Rent Maids is fully insured at $2,000,000 with General Liability Insurance and is completely adherent to all Workers’ Compensation requirements. Standing by our integrity, this information can be provided to you at the time of your appointment.
What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee?
We guarantee all items on your checklist will be paid special attention to at each cleaning service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve the issue.
How do I book my service?
On our calculator enter the number of rooms you need clean and once you receive the cost from our calculator select a day and time you would our maids to come.
What areas do you serve?
Rent Maids services Washington, D.C., Alexandria, VA, Arlington, VA, Silver Spring, MD, and Chevy Chase, MD.
Do I need to be home?
If you can’t be present at the time of service you can always leave a key for the maids to gain entry and a list of your priorities so the maids can work based on your list.
How long will my cleaning take?
It will depend on the amount of hours you purchased.
What are your business hours?
Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
How many maids will you send?
We work in teams of two.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently only accept credit card payments on our website.
Who provides the supplies?
We bring our own supplies. If there are any supplies that you would prefer us to use feel free to let us know.
Do you clean offices?
Yes, but we do not offer direct online booking for office cleanings. Please email support@rentmaids.com to set up a cleaning for your office.
What happens if something breaks during a cleaning?
Our general liability insurance will cover damages up to $500,000 per incident. If anything goes wrong during your cleaning, please give us a call.
